Move tickets within a testing board to a new project

Hello, is there a way to advanced search for issues that are a part of a testing board?

What do you mean by testing board? Jira comes with an advanced search, but I'm sure that you already know that

It is great helping you again.  In general, YES.  You can use JQL to query the env to obtain your results.  However, can you clarify what do you mean by "testing board"?
