We are an engineering partner for another company and manage their Jira project (development) under our domain (Hinditron). We provide similar services for other clients as well. However, for one customer's support (Jira Service Management), we need the support emails to originate from their domain email address (xyz@customer.com).
Request:
Could you advise whether we should move the JSM subscription directly under their account to achieve this, or if it is better to maintain it under ours? We seek guidance on the best approach to ensure the emails are sent from the desired domain.
