Hello!

A use a free JIRA account.

Is it possible to modify / to customize the workflow for my needs?

Hi @Mihails Monokandilos ,

The free plan has certain limitations https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/ , but editing a flow should not be an issue.
