I have installed the Jira app on my mobile phone, but I don't have access to my site. Do I need to configure something in my environment?

Just for us to better understand and help you with this request, I would like to know if you can share with us if you are facing any errors when trying to log in via the mobile app.
If you are able to log in, is there any error if you try to access a project or a ticket?
Are you using the Android or iOS version of the app?
Note that, the mobile app is only for internal access, it doesn’t work if it’s a customer account because the app doesn’t have the customer portal. With this said, it will only be possible to use the app if you are an internal licensed user.
