Hi, recently we did migrations of Assets/Insights from JIRA Server to Cloud - We are missing Rules/Automation & Move Object options. Is that not in the cloud yet?

Hey @Piyush A (STR) ,

Normally Automation is no longer a part of Assets itself.

It has been rolled up in to the global automation (which was added on Cloud out of the box) where you now have automation options to interact with objects/use AQL's.

I see a schedule option, in the global automation but not with the selection of object in that. It works on the objects of the issue, not an independent rules on objects.

And the move option in cloud is no more available?

For the lookup of objects (without an issue link) it works a little different.

You add a "scheduled" trigger but then perform a "lookup objects" action

That gives you the option to choose an AQL and you can work further with that resultset.

The "move" option I don't see either but honestly never used it.. I can see how that would be tricky with different attributes on the other types.

You can always raise a support ticket for that (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) so they can raise it as a feature suggestion
