Hello,
Is this the list, of required Jira server version for Jira servicedesk ?
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213632/jira-service-desk/version-history
For example, if i have Jira Server 7.9.2 , it mean i can ONLY install Service desk 3.12.2,
not higher not lower?
you can use another version but before that you need to check the combability between them.
for example you are using Jira Server 7.9.2 you cannot install latest version of JSD.
If you try to do install it . JIRA will notify you with support version.
Yeah, that was the question, where i can find compatibility list or is this the one

There are two way to find out:
1. Go to the link https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracore/jira-applications-compatibility-matrix-975041287.html
Or
2. When you download any incompatibility version and try to install Jira will notify you.
Hope my answer is clear and helpful.
