Migration from Service Manager (Microfocus) to Jira

Hello

We are evaluating the change from Service Manager platform (Microfocus) to Jira, but the user needs the historical records to be migrated to the new platform, so the question is if it is possible to migrate data (incidents, problems, changes) from Service Manager to Jira? . Is this possible? or how this migration can be done?

There are a lot of options for export/import, but you should start with a look at what Microfocus can export.  Is that suitable for importing into other systems?
