Team,
Currently have a issue where in the JSD screen, while we click "Manage Group" it is not showing the default members in the group. Below is the snipped of the isssue, ideally it should show the default members.
Btw, we have upgraded our JSD from 3.6 to 4.6.1 and Jira core from 7.6 to 8.6.1, not sure if this is because of that, however I see the default members appear correctly in our lower environment which was also ugpraded, this issue happens only in PRODUCTION.
Any advice on what this could be and how to fix it ?

Hi,
What app do you use? Because it doesn't look like a standard Jira Service Desk. What is the Manage group? Redirection to creating Request Type?
Kate
Kate,
We use Jira Service desk with customization and yes the screenshot which I shared is the landing page where the project request type comes from.
