is it possibile to make mandatory on the portal page the fill in of a form for a non-agent customer? In particular, i'm trying to make mandatory for a non-agent approver the fill in of a form during the approval phase, in order to procede with the workflow of the request.

We combine automation to make this work.
1. So at specific transition, you would attach the form to the ticket and make the form available externally.
2. Then the portal user would have to submit the form.
3. Make sure that you don't expose the transition in the portal.
4. There is an automation trigger that when a form is submitted, you can then transition the ticket to another status to start your approval process.
