Hello,
I would like to avoid one object to be seen in a Jira Asset field that is used in a form.
e.g. : We have an Object Type "Location" and an object "Brussels".
But today, Brussels must be removed from the list available in the form. However, I cannot simply delete the object since there may have been old ticket containing this location, and I don't want to loose the information in old tickets.
Do you have a solution for that?
Thank you for your help
You can do this by adding a new attribute, for example visible, and then use that in the field configuration to not show objects that have that attribute set.
That is how I do if for our application access request, I have the visible attribute set to either yes or no, and only the ones that are set to yes are shown on the request.
