Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you add the "pie chart" gadget to a dashboard, you'll see that you can give it a filter (dynamic list of issues to report on) and a field to group by (location or department)

Hi @Naman Jain

Welcome to the community! We develop an app called Dashboard Hub for Jira that could match your needs :)

Dashboard Hub allows you to easily create powerful custom charts based on a JQL query. You can display your data in Pie charts or in a variety of different graphs, and customize their look according to your team's needs and preferences (change colors, reorder/hide segments, ...).

See a dashboard example here!

Best,

Iván García, Product Marketing Manager

@Naman Jain -

Welcome to the community.  In addition to what @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, there are other gadgets (default out of the box) - example Two Dimensional Filter Statistics, Issue Statistics etc.  They will provide table like results to support your needs.

Hi,

As mentioned earlier, the eazyBI app for Jira could match your needs. Please, check the demo accounts showing different charts you can have with eazyBI:

Hi @Naman Jain,

if you want to use an additional Marketplace app, there are several options. Depending on the complexity and your needed level of customization, you can use apps like EazyBI or Custom Charts for Jira

As Marketing Manager of Custom Charts, I can give you more examples of how to apply it to your JSM struggles: https://ossapps.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CCFJ/pages/1780547585/Jira+Service+Management+Examples

  • You can set X axis to be any parameter like Created(month), Assignee, Sprint, Fix Versions etc.
  • You can set Y axis to be any parameter like number of issues, sum of remaining estimates, average of story points etc.
  • You can group your data on any field(Sprint, Status, Assignee, Component, Project etc.) you want.
  • You can choose various date ranges like All Time, Last Year, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months etc.
  • You can modify existing Segments or add new segments.
  • You can order the results by drag and drop.
