Unassigned Candidate Support issues have been historically grouped in the "Waiting for support" queue.
The unassigned issues are now being shown in the "Unassigned issues" queue and I have made no changes to the settings.
Please advise how I would go about changing it back so that new/assigned issues will show in "Waiting for support"?

Hi Sean, to be able to more completely assist I would need more info. Basically, what is displayed in you queues is driven by the underlying JQL that defines the queues. Please edit and inspect bot the unassigned and the waiting for support queues. It likely will be obvious what is going on by looking at these along with one of your issues, but if not please paste your JQLs here.
