Load times for web pages

I'm trying to access a trial JSM hosted web site and it just never loads no matter which US ISP provider I use. What is the expected and the long-term uptime for this service? Our company cannot rely on response time like this for our customer portal.

Atlassian generally say 99% uptime, and responses within a couple of seconds (even if you've only just requested the site and its still building, you should expect a simple error message back saying "still setting up")

If it's been over an hour since you requested a trial site, then there's something wrong with your network or computer, something there is blocking access to Atlassian sites.
