Limiting version update for jira cloud

I thought that I before had selected the cadence i want my jira cloud software to update. Am I able to set my instance to where I can choose when to inherit new release versions for jira cloud and not have it automatically update?

Release tracks are available for Premium and Enterprise subscriptions.  Your post shows you are on the Standard plan.
