I want to limit visibility of task for each team its my question to discuss.
My bussines case:
I will have a few ServiceDesk teams(Team1, Team2, Team3)
Each team will have its own tasks
Teams cannot access other teams' tasks, but they can redirect them to them
There is the same SLA after redirecting .
How can I configure this, that teams cannot see other team tasks and can redirect tasks among themselves?
There is any way to limit visibility of tasks for teams ?
Hi @Mariusz Siennicki - I am not certain if this is going to help with the case of transferring tasks between teams, but have you considered creating Organizations for each of the teams so limiting tasks between teams can be managed as per your requirement?
