Lier object a un utilisateur client

Bonjour,
J'ai activé la fonction Insight (via le mode essai Premium).
Une fois dans Insight, j'ai crée un objet et je n'arrive pas a le rattacher a un utilisateur d'une société client (ou a n'importe quel autre utilisateur)
J'ai "pas de correspondance" dans le champ utilisateur.
Pourriez vous me dire pourquoi ?
