I am working on creating automation which creates subtasks based on certain options being ticked when a ticket is raised from the portal.
How can I change the layout of fields in a sub-task? Namely, I want them to appear in the main body of the issue rather than in the right hand column. Since you can't attach a Request Type to a sub-task, how can I do this?

I'm afraid It's not possible to re-arrange the view screen like that.

I think I may have to use advanced automation and smart values to write the field values into the description of the ticket upon creation
