We add some knowledgebase articles on a main page of Confluence. Then only that main page with other links to other child pages is added to a category in Jira service desk.
Now this category appears in the customer portal. When the category is clicked instead of displaying the main page what I see is a preview with 2 lines appearing with a star booklet kind of icon next to the category and then when I click it again I see the main page.
Why do we need 2 clicks to view knowledgebase?

When adding pages to a category, adding only one or more pages will have the same behavior.
Pages added to a category show as a list with a preview and it's not possible to change that.
