Hi,
When I create a category in the knowledge base, the request type on the homepage of the portal gets replaced. How can I prevent this? I want these KB articles or categories to only appear when a customer types a search, not replace what's already shown on the portal homepage.

Hi Rajan!
You don't need to have any categories for the articles to appear in search. Just make sure you have connected a kb space, or several, to the project you have in the portal and the articles will be available for those with permissions to view them :)
With that said, categories purposefully interjects themselves before the request types when added, it's how it's designed.
