Keep CC on email request as follower

Hello,

I have a question about Jira's support service.

We would like that when creating a ticket (by email) the people in CC of the email remain in copy of the ticket (that they are counted as follower) and that during a response to the ticket (from from a support agent for example) the people initially in CC are always in CC to the answer, is it possible?
