1) I have setup KB pages articles for my project . However the articles which don't match the description or summary of the ticket are also coming up as suggestions
I dont want these suggestions to show up when there is no match in the text
2) Can I limit the no of articles to be shown in the ticket itself
You can limit suggested articles showing up and/or limit which ones do based on Confluence page labels

This can make the related articles a little smarter!
In terms of modifying the limit of how many articles are displayed, as far as I know this is not possible.
