I added a user to my KSM board. She can create, see, work on, and resolve issues. But she cannot see the Kanban view (which is ammaaaaazing) and she can also not @Tag other users in the ticket comments.
I can't see any difference between her and other users.
Please help!
@Dennis lasko what would be KSM board? Would that be the Default Kanban board from Jira Software?
Is the user added to the board? Does she have Jira Software license?
Sometimes it happens when the user has license for Jira Service Management or Jira Work Management, but does not have it for Jira Software.
