Jira users without ADMIN access can not lo log in since yesterday , also we noticed a lot of changes in screens functionality like filters, menu options.

We're definitely interested in helping you, but we need some more information! Can you share some more information, such as whether or not they could log on before and now they can't? Are they trying to access Jira through SSO? When you look in the user management module at admin.atlassian.com, do those users have access?
