Hi I would like to ask for your expert opinion on the issue I encounter with JIRA, before mailbox's' password is set to not to expires, and then we have recently reset the password to configure the JIRA Settings but to no avail we are having errors (see attach image) Now, what i did is I set the mailbox password to not to expire and then reset the password but we still have the same error.
