Hi,
we have automation created for sending emails to create the new ticket in Jira. But we got information that some emails were ignored by Jira and no ticket was created. I checked outgoing emails and there are no issues, I have the affected emails correctly in my outbox.
Could you please let me know where this could be the issue? Thanks a lot

When you are creating issues in JSM project, is reporter always the same?
Are there any attachments? Is there some specific content in the emails or you are just sending simple texts?
