Nowadays, we send email to email@email.com, it automatically creates a support ticket. Would it be possible to use Jira forms instead?
The aim is to automate the process of creating tickets.
Thanks upfront!
Best Regards
You can use forms in JSM for helping customers to raise the support ticket, but this has to be associated with the request type that has to be raised from portal
More on this - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/where-can-my-form-appear
Thanks
To supplement what @Pramodh M stated, I am sure that you are aware that also obtain Forms URL link to embed it in Confluence pages to create issues.
Go to FORMs >> Select your specific form >> Click on the Settings tab
Using the copied link and access it, you can also copy another link of the specific form in the UI and use it to embed on any Atlassian site to create issue
Example URLs -
https://<your site>.net/jira/forms/create
https://<your site>.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<JSM project key>/forms/form/direct/1/10006?requestTypeId=17
Hope this also helps.
