Jira Service management drop down options

In Jira Service management, is it possible to populate the options for a drop down menu from a CSV file or a similar source?
We want the drop down options to be dynamically change on the form if we change it in the backend?

Hi Sandeep, I'm fairly certain that you could accomplish this by using a custom field that you in turn update through API.

However, APIs is not my area of expertise, so I don't have a concrete solution to provide you.
