Jira Service Management disabled after installation

Hello All,

 

Today, I added the Service Management application to our Jira software installation (dockerized). But unfortunately, it keeps being disabled after activation.

I cannot make Service projects and I don't see the new configuration menu items popping up on the application page on the administrator panel. On our sandbox Jira it works, but not on our production server.

When I look at Manage Apps --> Application Components, most of the service management-related ones are disabled without the option to enable them.

I already removed and reinstalled the Service Management application. Anyone an idea what to try next?

Gustav, did you manage to find a solution for this? My customer has the same problem.
