There are no updates on the Service Status page, but our entire Jira Cloud instance is offline. Would be nice to know they are at least aware of the problem, especially since you cannot even create a support ticket at the moment.
Hope someone else has a contact they can reach out to and make them aware that a large number of customers seem to be down.
Looks to be working again, so that's good. Y'all make me worry when you don't update your status page 30 minutes into an incident!
