On the Jira Service Management front-end portal where a customer would go to raise an issue, I have an 'approver' field where the customer can select a person to assign the issue to.
When I go on it (admin) I can see a full list of people to select, but when somebody else goes on it (both admin and not admin) they can't see a list of people to select.
Does anyone have a solution please?

Ensure that the "approvers" field is both visible and editable by the customer on the service desk portal in project settings. Validate the permissions scheme to confirm that customers have permission to edit the approvers fields. Additionally, confirm that the approver field is present on the issue type screen.
