Is there a way to limit the type of issues that are available?
I keep missing the location on how to turn certain issue types on/off.

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
Hi @Jake Youngblood , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
You should find, if you are a product admin, a button right above this table, 'Actions', where you should be able to add or remove different issue types.
