Hello,
i have heard that for example with "WhatsApp Connector for Jira (Twilio)" it is possible for a user to open a new service management issue via whatsapp and receive comments and respond via whatsapp.
I am looking for a solution where a issue is raised via the portal or created by an agent and the customers phone number is added.
From then on the user shall receive the comments via WhatsApp or SMS,
is there a way to achieve this?
