For one of the request types in our project, when that type of ticket is edited on service desk portal, a workflow is shown on the right side. I don't know where this is coming from and how to configure/disable it and also this is not the correct workflow we have. It does not show up for the other request types, just for the one of them and that one has a form attached, not sure if it is related with that. Is there a way to disable it?

Viewing you screenshot I think it is the third party app Feature Bundle – Boost Customers UX on portal vom Appsvio.
