Is there a way to bulk upload hundreds of canned responses from say a csv file? We are moving to Jira Service Desk and need to bring over our existing canned responses. Having to enter them one by one would be an immensely painful experience.
Have researched online without luck. I see that the marketplace has canned responses pro, but using built in is easier and less expensive.
