Hi,
I was wondering if the "Widget" feature is available in the self hosted version of service desk?
As i don't find this feature anywhere, and i tried like everything to activate this with the "Open For anyone" setting / permission.
Hello @Ben Van de Vyver,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
The Widget feature is currently only available for Jira Service Desk Cloud.
For Server, there is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Angélica
Hi Angélica,
Thank you for your answer,
But, the only thing i want to accomplish is that my forms (written in HTML; JS ; PHP) are able to create a ticket in the service desk when a user want to make contact with us.
Is this possible in another way?
The important feature is here that we can answer the person on his/here email address (same behavior when they should send an e-mail to the service desk)
Many thanks,
Ben
