Is it possible to upload a file in an issue in your Jira Service Project in Jira Datacenter without opening the Comment field?
If so, how can I set this up?
In a Software or Business Project on Premise this is possible.

The behavior you described sounds like you're accessing the JSM ticket from the portal. What happens if you're an agent and you're observing it from the Jira UI?

it is the same issue as i go over the "create" Button or raise a ticket.
if i want after the ticket creation add a attachment, i have to choose "as comment internaly" or "share with customer".
