Hi,
As of today workflow transition is not available for customers on next gen service desk,
Though I see some official product pages showing it as "coming soon" https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/what-are-jira-service-desk-next-gen-projects/
Do we have any idea when this is coming ? In my company this would be a must have feature to implement Jira that is now stopping us completely. Starting the implementation on a classic service desk seems really not making a lot of sense at this stage also.
Some visibility on the coming of this feature would be great.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Hi @Yohan Aubert ,
We do not have a defined timeline on the feature but it is in the roadmap and coming soon as you noted above.
The main story that is tracking the bulk of the upcoming Next-Gen Service Desk features can be seen at the following link noting the "OPEN" Sub-tasks are what make up the "upcoming features" list:
And the feature directly tracking the implementation of customer visible transitions is being tracked at the following link, make sure to add yourself as a watcher to get updates on the status of the request as more information becomes available:
Regards,
Earl
