Jira Cloud in MS Teams

How do I connect to our corporate Jira server to the Jira Cloud app in MS Teams ?

When I try to use the Jira cloud app in MS Teams it logs me into a generic Jira account that has no connection to our corporate Jira Server.

Additionally, it starts going into an infinite loop asking me to log in over and over and over.
