Our Jira Ticket Management System sends us some errors. You will find an example in the appendix.
We don’t know the exact behavior of the problem and therefore can’t solve it right now.
The error says: “Destination status could not be resolved. If using a smart-value ensure this resolves to a numeric status ID or untranslated name for issues (with current status)”
The problem appears when the “When a comment is added → update the status” automation is trying to make a transition to another status of the ticket when a comment is added and the If/Else-If matches.
Somehow the automation works sometimes fine and sometimes drops this error. But the interesting thing is, that the status has always been set, also too when the error drops.
Does anyone has the same error or knows a solution?
