I've tried changing the automation a few ways. This seems like a pretty straight forward thing but I'm getting errors in the audit log.
Is the user that is triggering the automation also an agent in the JSM project?
Yes, Mikael. I tried changing the automation so that the user was also specific (which would be preferred). The goal is to be able to raise an onboarding ticket and have tasks auto generated for the various departments for provisioning access.
