I am looking to set up more automation for our Service Desk, however when i attempt to add in a field for our Organizations it doesn't show any detail. I believe that we have a custom field for our Organization as it shows;
Organisation
Organization - This is the one in which our customers show under.
Within my automation i have tried to use {{issue.Organization}} however it doesn't show any results. Is anyone aware of how i can gather this data?
It seems you should use {{issue.organizations}} instead of {{issue.organization}}
