Hi Team, we are facing one issue, we are using jira data centre version is 8.0.0 the issue is when we open jira service management project queues it's opening fine and I can able to open all queues and assigned and unassigned all queues I can able to see the issues as well, When my other team mate ( he is also jira admin and some other end users all are having project access) when they click on ques they can able to see the queues , but once they click on ques the page is not responding and they are not able to see the issues.. but my end I can able to see everything. They have cleared therie browser cache and I verified everything. Can you please let me know the fix for this issue. It's an emergency issue.
