JSM portal exclude field "email confirmation to"?


we want to conduct anonymous customer surveys on a Jira Service Management instance (cloud). That's why we have a portal that allows anonymous access. However, there's a field called "email confirmation to" that appears at the end of the form.

Is there any way to hide the field "email confirmation to" or give it a default value so that it does not appear on the portal?
