Hello!
I am working on setting up a knowledge base that our users can access through the JIRA Service Management widget. Based on our widget settings, the user must have an Atlassian account before they can view the content of our knowledge base.
However, after the user searches for an article and finds an article in the widget, then clicks on the title, they are taken through a flow to log in or create an account, but the flow to create an account doesn't work. I hit an error message before the account is actually created.
Is there a configuration or something that would allow this to work? Or does the user just need to create an Atlassian account separately before trying to see our knowledge base articles in the widget?
