Per the subject, I am building forms using 'Forms' in JSM and have a drop down box on the Incident form where I wanted to link the Insight custom field I have selected that shows a users Hardware.
It is not available in the list of fields to use, but I can see it and select from it in the Agents view, just can't seem to find a way to get it on the Portal.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
