When creating a JSM Form, does the the Description box within each field's settings support any markup? It doesn't seem to recognize the WikiRender markup but I'm hoping somebody can tell me what format it does recognize. The help text related to a submission form field is often going to be a link to another document, so it would be nice if the markup worked appropriately.
You can do that. In Display Description Section, you can put your instructions as shown below and they will be shown on the request type on portal (screenshot attached for reference)
Unfortunately this only applies to fields not included in the attached form which is the only way to make the options dynamically selectable.
Does the Description field that is part of the dynamic form (help text) support markup in any way?
Otherwise I end up with goofy looking instruction text that isn't doesn't even offer a clickable link.

That field was not part of the dynamic form. That the limitation, these help texts with markup instructions are not applicable for the fields which are part of dynamic form.

Hmm. That's very unfortunate and seems like an odd limitation. Appreciate the help.

Yes, can use mark up in your request type instructions. Below is one such example.
Hope it helps !

@Vijay Dadi unfortunately I'm looking specifically in the Form Field Description box. I've attached a screenshot below. The form fields are very helpful, but providing links to external documents should be second-nature for available help-text.
