JSM - Customer Permissions = Restricted Doesn't Work

Hello All,

I've restricted all the projects (10) under JSM as below and all worked except one of them. 

  • Channel access: Restricted
  • Customer sharing: Customers can search for other customers within their project or organizations

Test:

  • I've sent an invitation for project A.
  • I've created a user over invitation.
  • I see project A that I was invited for. I don't see the rest, 8 of the projects. Expected results
  • But I also see project B even though I didn't send any invitation for as external Customer and restricted the project. I tried with couple of external users over invitations and result is the same. Project B is still there.

I checked and in all projects they have the same config: "Channel access is also affected by the site’s customer access settings. Jira admins can update the customer access settings"

I checked the groups, users, people in Project B...

What might be the reason and where should I check more?
