In order to sync some data with JSM I would like to store our SAMAccountName field that is passed from AD to Okta against a customer record in JSM.
Can you setup a custom attribute somehow that when we can sync against and get into the system for our entire customer base?

The only customer attributes supported are email, display name, and full name. I would recommend leveraging Insight for this. Create an object type that replicates your customers. In the same flow where you provision your customers, you'd just need to make another API call to Insight. From there, you can pass the customer ID and SAMAccountName.
