I have the following error occurring 'Unknown fields set during transition. Field may not be on transition screen'
A little background to the issue.
I am using Automation in JSM for the resolved Status.
Assignees must provide a written description of how they resolved an issue in a Custom Field that I am then attempting to send via an email automation trigger to the reporter of the Support ticket.
It's taken me a while, but I have got the automation to send the contents, but it also sends a lot of what looks to be code, see screenshot, as well as the error I've mentioned
in the Audit log.
I've tried changing how it sends, but that either completely breaks the automation, or nothing is sent full stop.
Any ideas anyone?
