Dear support,
Could you please advise how to setup the JSD login to integrate with our staff's Windows AD accounts so staff don't have to enter their user name and password again when opening the JSD to raise service request under their own Windows AD login to the Windows 10/11?
Thanks in advance
Qiu
Hey there,
I'd suggest you go with an Single Sign On solution. You can try the miniOrange SAML SSO Plugin.
This will offer your users seamless integration with JSD. This app comes with a wide range of important security features:
- Multiple IDP Support
- Just In Time Provisioning
- Emergency Access URL and many more

You need to add user directory with users from Windows AD. Then you need to setup SSO. As I remember for server version you need to use add-on to have SSO.
